MONEY WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals are processed 7 days a week via NeTeller. These withdrawal requests are processed during office hours from 10 AM EST to 10:30 PM EST Mon-Fri and weekends from 11 AM EST to 8:30 PM EST.

Any requests received after office hours will be processed the next day.

SFPay withdrawal requests are processed during office hours from 10 AM EST to 10:30 PM EST and weekends from 11 AM EST to 8:30 PM EST. Please note that this process takes 3 to 7 business days to complete.

Money Orders and Bank Wire transfers received after 5 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks to receive Money Orders and 2 to 5 business days to receive Bank Wire Transfers. All transactions are FREE via NeTeller.
