This is a list of prices:

• Card prices vary and range from $.01 cent to $1.00 USD per card with a 3 card minimum to play.
• Pull Tabs are $.25 cents, $.50 cents, $1.00, $2.00 and $5.00.
• Coin values on slots vary and range from $.01 cent to $1.00 per line. Number of pay lines and multiple bets per line also vary from game to game.

2. How can I start playing?

If you are new to Bingo Plex, follow these steps.
1. Click “Join Now” link at the top of this page to navigate to the player registration form.
2. Enter your name and complete address.  This information is private and will not be shared outside the company. This information must be accurate in order for you to receive any payments. Type your nickname and password. You choose any nickname and password that you would like to use.  If that nickname is already used, you must choose a different name.  This name and password is for your protection and you should not tell anyone unless you want them to use your game credits.
3. Click OK when ready.  You are now logged in to your account and open to the Member Area.
4. Click the ‘Deposit’ button. Your browser jumps to a secure web page with all the funding options currently available.  in which you can enter your credit card information to purchase game credits.  Requesting credits can take several minutes so please be patient.
5.Click on ‘Lobby’ to return to the Member Area where you will find the Bingo Halls with games currently in session, as well as all of the Slots, Casino and Instant games we offer.
6. Click on the Bingo Hall you wish to enter (a new window will open). When the current game finishes press the ‘Buy Cards’ button, select the number of cards to play and click ‘OK’.  The screen will show the pattern, cost of buying cards, and other information.  The credits will automatically be deducted from your account before each game.  If you get a Bingo, the credits will automatically be added to your account before the next game.

3. Is there a limit on the amount of cards I can play?

At the moment the minimum number of cards you can play with is 3 and the maximum is 100. Some Special games offer higher card maximums, check the Schedule for these.

Click on the "Buy" button and type the number of cards you wish to play with then click ‘OK’.  

5. How can I change my nickname? Can I change my password?

Click on the “Player Details” button on the left. Enter the new nickname and/or password then click “Update” at the bottom of page.

You can purchase credits by clicking on the "DEPOSIT" button on the left hand side of the browser window.

It should only take 5 to 10 minutes for credits to show in your account or until the next game starts. This also depends on the method you chose to deposit with.
Money Orders and Cashier's Checks can take up to 3 weeks via regular mail service.

9. What are the minimum and maximum amounts of credits I can purchase at one time?

There are no maximum restrictions on depositing money. The minimum amount accepted is $5 USD.

10. How can I withdraw money from my account?

First you must have an active account to withdraw any monies from your account. An “active” account is one that has made a deposit into their account and played using those funds. On an “active” account simply click the “Cashout” button on left of page and follow the directions.

11. Is there a minimum amount of credits I can cash out?

There is a $100.00 minimum for Bank Wires, $50.00 minimum for Neteller, eWallet, etc..

12. How long does it take to receive the requested money?

Usually it takes about 2 to 10 business days. Depending on the form of transaction and player location.

13. What information is necessary to credit someone’s account?

Just the player's nickname.

14.I have registered for the game and I lost connection, what happens to my game or credits?

We offer an AUTO BINGO feature that will play out your cards for you. This feature will also call the bingo for you should you have one. This setting is default and will play your cards/call bingo for you even while connected.

15. Do you have any specials or promotions that you offer? And how can I be notified of these events?

When you first create your account there is an option to check if you want to join our mailing list. Be sure to check that so that you will receive all notifications via email of Special Events, Promotions and Weekly Specials. Make sure your email address is entered correctly. You can also check daily on our website for such notifications. You must make a deposit of $20 and have an active account to receive any deposit bonuses.

16.Can I play using AOL?

Yes! However, you must use IE 5.0 or higher. The AOL browser does not work correctly. Also, please use an e-mail address other than your AOL e-mail address. We cannot mail you your account information if you have set your mail to refuse mail from us nor can we answer your mail when you write asking why you haven't received your account information and you will not receive valuable newsletter information.
